*What's the difference between Restock & Pre order?
- Restock: Items are expected to be available on a specific ETA. It will not be available for order until all stock has arrived.
- Pre-order: Items will arrive with a specific ETA, and it takes around 1-3 weeks. You may place an order now to reserve the items. We will ship your order once all items have arrived.
*What is Cut-off Time?
- Orders placed before Cut-off Time will be included in the current pre-order batches. Orders placed after Cut-off Time will be processed in the next batch with another ETA.
*What is Estimated Time Arrival?
- Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) is the expected date where the pre-order batch or restock batch will be arriving. However, it is an estimated date where items might be arriving earlier or later than ETA.
*When can I received my pre-order items?
Your parcel will be processed within 1-2 working days when all the items in the order have arrived.
- Example: Pre-order batch ETA - 10th Jul. We will proceed with the shipment for your order on 11th or 12th Jul.

While we strive to meet the stated timeline, delays beyond our control may occur. Updates will be provided if there are significant changes to the expected arrival date.
