About Payment & Order

• Payment must be made within 24 hours. 
  請在24小時內完成匯款。
• We're currently accepting Online Bank Transfer, TnG Payment (through transfer), GrabPay & MayBank QRPay.
  目前我們接受線上轉賬 [Online Bank Transfer], 電子錢包 [TnG Payment (through transfer), GrabPay & MayBank QRPay]。
• Order will be auto-canceled after 24 hours when the payment is not complete. Please inform us of any difficulties.
  24小時內無完成匯款的訂單將會自動刪除。如有任何不便請另行通知客服。
• Once payment is complete, you will receive an email and your order will be shipped within 3 working days. Tracking code will be sent through email once parcel is shipped. 
  完成匯款後，你将收到確認訂單的電子郵件，我們會在3個工作日內處理您的訂單。包裹寄出後，追踪單號也會通過電子郵件發出。
• Order made without payment intentionally will be blacklisted. 
  爽單者將會被列入黑名單，請明智下單或其後果自負。
• Cancellation or items exchange is currently not available (once payments are complete).

About Products

• 1 - 3 cm difference might occur due to hand measurement.

• We encourage Cloudies to clean the items before wearing them to avoid any physical discomfort.

About Back Order/Pre Order

• Back order will be closed on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th every month.
  補貨日期為每月的5，10，15，20，25，30日。
• On a conservative estimate, please give us at least 7 - 20 days to deal with back order as all the items are shipped from overseas.
  補貨款皆從外國運回，保守估計下，請允許我們利用7-20天來處理您的補貨訂單。
