- We only allow 1-time same item exchange in sizes.
目前我们只提供单次的同商品尺码更换。 - Exchange in sizes is only available for 10 days from the parcel shipped date. [The day when the tracking code is sent will be the first day].
尺码更换只适用于发货后的十天内。追踪单号发出日为第一天。 - Exchange in color / items with the same value are currently not available.
目前不提供任何颜色或同等价值的商品更换。
Can I return?
- Currently, we do not provide any return & refund requests. Once items are sold are not returnable.

Exceptions & Special Conditions
- If the item(s) returned is found to be destroyed / detected, exchange request will be turn down directly.
更换商品如有发现任何瑕疵、损坏等问题,更换申请将直接被驳回。 - Items sent with wrong items / wrong sizes / wrong color / wrong amount will be allowed for return without any reasons, shipping fees will be fully covered by our team.
错误商品、错误尺码、错误颜色、错误数量等问题将可以直接被寄回,所有邮寄费用将由我们负责。 - Promotion items / Discount items / Lucky Bag items / Detected items / Destroy items / Left over items with labelled are not applicable to Exchange / Return / Refund.
