*What's the difference between Restock & Pre-order?

Restock: Items are expected to be available on a specific ETA. It will be available for you to make an order as reserve, while all restock items only serve in limited quantity based on the restock quantity.
Pre-order: Items will arrive with a specific ETA and Cut-off date, while it normally takes around 1-3 weeks to arrive. You may place an order for the items with unlimited quantity, and order will be proceed only when all items have arrived.

*What is Cut-off Time/Date?

Orders placed before Cut-off will be included in the current pre-order batchs. Orders place after Cut-off will be processed in the next batch with another ETA.

*What is Estimated Time Arrival?

Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) is the expected date where the pre-order or restock batch will be arriving. However, it is an estimated date where items might be arriving earlier or later.

*When can I received my pre-order items?

Your parcel will be processed within 1-2 working days once all items in the order have arrived.
